Maintenance Systems Coordinator

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per year
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm)

Mighty Maintenance Ltd is a trusted provider of property maintenance, dedicated to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. As we grow, we're seeking a Maintenance Systems Coordinator to play a key role in streamlining our operations and enhancing our service delivery.

About the Role:

In this tech-oriented role, you'll bring your digital expertise and organisational skills to manage our scheduling systems, coordinate resources, and support client relationships. This is an ideal position for someone with a passion for technology, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimise CRM and scheduling tools for efficient project coordination.
- Organise staff schedules to ensure timely job completion.
- Prepare quotes, assist in project conversions, and oversee job progress.
- Coordinate essential services like fire panel servicing, gas certifications, and PAT testing.Communicate with clients post-job to gather feedback and build strong relationships.
- Collaborate with our finance team for smooth billing and payment processes.Support the team with general administrative duties.

Requirements:

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with IT systems and digital tools.Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the maintenance sector is a plus.
